I needed a cleaning done on a small unfurnished apartment on short notice for the next day and even though I reached out late in the evening, Leo was very kind and helpful with the booking. I got responses in a timely fashion and received clear updates regarding the available time slots, the number of cleaners, and the cleaner's arrival. I was very happy with the service I received from Toronto Shine Cleaning. The cleaner (I can't spell her name) was very professional, courteous, and the apartment shined when she finished. I’ve had my condo cleaned by Toronto Shine Cleaning a few times now and it’s a great service. My place is tiny but it’s nice to have an extra hand once in a while! I had just moved into a new house, and despite being told by my landlord that they would deliver the unit clean we moved later in the evening to find the the unit covered in dog hair, dust and debris, our friend recommend Toronto shine cleaning and the customer service person was super attentive and helpful she guided me trough the website and in the morning we received our amazing cleaner, what a wonderful lady. There was a ton of mess and she was very accommodating in helping me with the boxes and luggage’s. When she completed, she even showed me the before and after photos, of course I saw the difference but she was very worried the everything was perfect, very empathetic person. I love the portal where you can customise the services and add ons you need and there is total price transparency. Very convenient for me. Prices are reasonable too. You get a discount for having a regular cleaning.
Great communication from the team around appointments and confirmation. Team brings their own cleaning supplies. They are efficient and thorough.

The staff this time did a fantastic the deep cleaning job with just one person.
