We had requested a move in clean for our tenant. Loved that there was immediate availability and we could very easily book online. All costs were also very transparent. The service and cleaning were great. Communication was kind and prompt prior to service. The tenant left the place in a mess. Greasy oven and range hood, dirty walls and baseboards, greasy HVAC vents, and dust everywhere. I don’t think the place had a good cleaning for a year since he was there. The cleaners did a fantastic job. The place looks great. The oven and fridge are spotless, vents were wiped down and cleaned, and all the walls and baseboards were also wiped and cleaned. I am very satisfied with the job the cleaners did. we used toronto shine cleaning for a move-in service, with additional requests for the inside of the oven, fridge, interior windows, interior walls, and inside of the kitchen & bathroom cabinets. we were very happy with the result! we have a high standard for cleanliness, and we have to say this is the best cleaning service we have used so far in the GTA.the management was very communicative, and the staff were friendly and ready to jump right into cleaning the moment they arrived! there were a couple pieces of furniture that were not cleaned, but everything else was cleaned exceptionally well (this includes thoroughly vacuuming the rug and couch which were quite dusty). we will definitely be using their services in the future for regular and deep cleans!Kirsten MendoncaNovember 19, 2025
