Was my very first time with a cleaning service.
The ladies were very nice and VERY hard working.
My time was 12-2, and they arrived at 2:45, which is why I almost gave only 4 stars.
However. My 1400 sq/ft house is CLEAN. I hired a "deep clean", and that's what I got. My house was very dusty, with a lot of glass surfaces (picture frames, mirrors, etc). The ladies went above and beyond. Everything glistened.
I had a few minor issues. A few scratches, an electrical thing that turned out to be nothing. The company sent an electrician to sort it out for me!
This is a stand up company, with great employees.
I'll hire again absolutely! And happily recommend.PS Make sure you have cash on hand to tip, as you'll probably want to. I had to write a cheque, which was probably time consuming for them to cash. Lesson learned. 🙂sherry millerMay 19, 2025

Toronto Shine Cleaning sent Dani Torres an excellent cleaner to my condo on Dec 9 , 2023. She was prompt and did a thorough job with the cleaning taking time to do everything perfectly. My wife and I were so impressed with her we left her a thank you tip and I requested her to come back again in the future. Always award good service. I highly recommend Toronto Shine Cleaning.
