Really loved my cleaner. I was a bit worried because it was my first time and I needed a deep clean but she did a great job. She pulled out my oven and fridge and cleaned between the cracks like I asked! There were some areas left out in the living room but I know it’s because my apartment needed care in other places. All 3 of the ladies that came were very thorough, went above and beyond, and cleaned certain items that we did not even expect! I needed a cleaning done on a small unfurnished apartment on short notice for the next day and even though I reached out late in the evening, Leo was very kind and helpful with the booking. I got responses in a timely fashion and received clear updates regarding the available time slots, the number of cleaners, and the cleaner's arrival. I’ve had my condo cleaned by Toronto Shine Cleaning a few times now and it’s a great service. My place is tiny but it’s nice to have an extra hand once in a while!
