What Don’t We Clean? 

Moving heavy items, outdoor work, carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, removal of pets and bodily fluids, mold or infestation removal, deep stain removal, wet-wiping light bulbs (risk of breakage is too high), clean chandeliers, putting away dishes, balconies, decks, backyards, and exterior windows or cleaning of areas outside of normal reach.

Unlike regular cleaning, which maintains a clean environment, Move In/Move Out Cleaning is much more comprehensive. It focuses on areas that aren't typically covered in regular cleanings, such as behind and under appliances, under sinks, and inside cabinets. The goal is to restore the property to a near-original state.

No need to worry about supplies or equipment. Our team arrives fully equipped with all necessary cleaning materials. For custom or different surfaces please provide the product of your choice, for eco-friendly options please request upon booking.

The duration varies based on the property's size and specific cleaning needs. A small apartment may only take a few hours (3-4 hours), while larger homes or properties in need of more intensive cleaning could require a full day (10-20 hours of labor, to be divided between each cleaner).

The optimal time is when the property is empty, post-move out or pre-move in. This allows our team complete access to all areas without the obstruction of furniture or personal items.

We use advanced techniques and products to tackle stains and marks. While we can significantly reduce or eliminate many stains, some may be too set or permanent for complete removal. Sometimes painting is the only option.

Our Move In/Move Out Cleaning includes cleaning windows glasses only as an add-on/extra and window tracks are already built-in in the service. We ensure that windows are streak-free and tracks are free from dust and grime, enhancing the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Our team does not clean hard-to-reach areas by default, if you need us to clean high ceilings, top shelves, and light fixtures please provide a ladder so that the team can serve you. We take every precaution to ensure thorough cleaning without compromising safety.

It is not required for you to be present. Many clients prefer to give us access and return once the cleaning is complete. We ensure the security of your property throughout the cleaning process and can follow any specific instructions you leave for us.
