We had requested a move in clean for our tenant. Loved that there was immediate availability and we could very easily book online. All costs were also very transparent. The service and cleaning were great. Communication was kind and prompt prior to service. The tenant left the place in a mess. Greasy oven and range hood, dirty walls and baseboards, greasy HVAC vents, and dust everywhere. I don’t think the place had a good cleaning for a year since he was there. The cleaners did a fantastic job. The place looks great. The oven and fridge are spotless, vents were wiped down and cleaned, and all the walls and baseboards were also wiped and cleaned. I am very satisfied with the job the cleaners did. I've been using Toronto Shine Cleaning for my apartment cleanings the past few years and they've been great. Linda is so helpful and communicative with bookings and also providing updates. The cleaners (shout out to Kemelly, Miriam, Simone who've serviced my home multiple times) always do a very nice job and they end up sending at least 2 people so the work gets done in a timely manner.
