This was our first time using Toronto Shine Cleaners, and I was a bit nervous as we have never hired a cleaning company, let alone for a move out clean. We were really impressed! Mary who we booked with was incredibly helpful to find a time that worked for us on relatively short notice, and answered our questions appropriately and quickly. As for our cleaner, Eudie is a miracle worker! Our basement apartment was in a terrible state when our previous tenant moved out. She paid attention to detail, got into nooks and crannies we didn't even think of, and renewed the grimiest parts of the unit (shower/bathroom, fridge, countertops especially). She really went above and beyond for us. Would use TSC again in the future! (Promise this isn’t good rating padding, I truly did like the service.
